Peach Fuzz is a women-run, print-only nudie magazine that celebrates sex and sensuality.
Each issue features curated photo editorials alongside writing and art of all kinds. Founded in 2013 in the heart of Austin, TX, we mix old-school analog vibes with modern progressive politics for an open, expansive, and inclusive view of bodies, desire, gender, intimacy, pleasure, and human connection.
Back in 2013, we believed in the power and importance of free and open expressions of sexuality. We believe in it even more now. (We also love titties.)
What kind of work does Peach Fuzz publish?
We publish writing and artwork of all kinds. Submissions don’t need to be strictly sexual in nature – anything pertaining to the human condition will be considered.
Writing
Writing we publish includes (but isn’t limited to) smutty editorials, erotic flash fiction, research-based articles, thoughtful op-eds, long verse poetry, haikus about your first butt plug, etc. We don’t have a firm word count limit, but we are a print magazine with limited space. Typically, the work we publish is under 5,000 words, and the majority of the pieces we accept are much shorter than that.
Artwork
Artwork we publish includes (but isn’t limited to) paintings, comics, illustrations, watercolor, collage, mixed-media, digital graphics, drawings, exquisitely executed glitter gel pen doodles of boobs, etc. Artwork files must be at least 300 DPI.
How are contributors compensated?
All accepted contributors will receive one free copy of the magazine in which their work appears (a $30 value), with free shipping within the US. For international contributors, shipping cost (if any) will be discussed via email.
When can I submit?
We are open for submissions year-round. We review submissions for two issues each year: one in the spring and one in the fall. Depending on the timing of your submission (for example, if it's right after a new issue comes out) it might take us longer to review, but we will!
Are simultaneous submissions OK?
Yes, we do accept simultaneous submissions. Please withdraw your work as soon as possible if it has been accepted elsewhere.
Is there a submission fee?
Yes, we charge a small $3 submission fee that helps us offset the cost of processing submissions. Our team is very small—three stressed-out babes!—and we mostly work on a volunteer basis because we love you and we love making the magazine. We really appreciate your support!
